Handbook
Claude RPG is a simulation-grounded terminal RPG. Claude interprets your freeform text and narrates the results, but the AI RPG Engine resolves every action deterministically. No hallucinated outcomes — what the engine says happened, happened.
The golden rule: Claude proposes, engine disposes.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”You type freeform text. Claude interprets your intent and maps it to an engine action. The engine resolves combat, movement, dialogue, faction shifts, and NPC decisions through deterministic rules. A perception layer filters the result to show only what your character actually perceived. Then Claude narrates the filtered scene — with optional voice synthesis, sound effects, and ambient audio.
NPCs don’t recite scripts. They speak from beliefs, memories, faction loyalty, and rumors. They lie for reasons. They’re uncertain for reasons. They refuse for reasons.
