What is Voice Soundboard?
Section titled “What is Voice Soundboard?”Voice Soundboard is a VS Code extension that provides text-to-speech synthesis powered by MCP Voice Soundboard. It offers 48 voices across 8 languages, 5 presets, multi-speaker dialogue scripting, and WebVTT subtitle export. The default backend (Kokoro TTS) runs entirely on your machine with no network egress.
