C CommandUI

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 14, 2026

Summary

CommandUI does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The application runs entirely on your local machine.

Data Collection

CommandUI collects no data. Specifically:

  • No telemetry or analytics
  • No crash reports sent externally
  • No network requests to our servers
  • No cookies or tracking identifiers
  • No personal information collected

Local Storage

CommandUI stores the following data locally on your machine only:

  • Command history — your executed commands, stored in a local SQLite database
  • Project memory — learned preferences and patterns, stored locally
  • Workflows — saved command sequences, stored locally
  • Settings — your configuration preferences, stored locally

This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by removing the application data directory.

AI / LLM Integration

When configured, CommandUI communicates with a local Ollama instance running on your machine for command planning. No data is sent to cloud-based AI services. If Ollama is not running, CommandUI falls back to a built-in mock planner with no network activity.

Third-Party Services

CommandUI does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Since CommandUI collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
